About the Role

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through order fulfilment. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, providing product information, and working closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Activities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead generation activities.

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert prospects into customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

  • Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product information.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

  • Coordinate with the outside sales team, operations, and customer service teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a B2B sales environment.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2–5 years of inside sales, sales support, or customer service experience.

  • Must be bilingual.
