


About the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the packaging industry.
Key Activities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and manufacturing requiring packaging solutions.
Market and sell packaging products, including corrugated boxes, flexible packaging, cartons, labels, and various other packaging materials.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers.
Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of packaging products.
Monitor customer requirements and provide custom packaging solutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Preferred Skills
Strong B2B sales experience.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Packaging Technology, or related field.
2–5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry.
