About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to resolve order issues, inventory discrepancies, and shipment tracking.
Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Provide knowledgeable support on product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
Foster strong customer relationships through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
Assist in managing high volumes of orders and communications, prioritising urgent needs without compromising service quality.
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume sales environment.
