


About the Role
The HR Director will lead HR across domestic and international manufacturing sites within the region, covering recruitment, retention, training, HRIS, succession planning, and employee relations.
Key Activities
All aspects of Recruitment and Retention to include Partnering with department heads, supervisors, and managers to ensure all staffing needs are met in a manner that meets business needs and enhances retention.
Partners with department heads, supervisors, and managers to assist in determining when temporary contract staffing is necessary to ensure positions are filled expeditiously.
Responsible for all aspects of employee benefit programs to include needs assessment, cost analysis, selection and administration.
Oversee all aspects of Performance Management to ensure timely and effective performance evaluations with appropriate follow up to support employee development and business growth.
Ensures compliance with all regulations, executive orders, laws, and policies in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Â Partners with management to ensure policies are administered in a legally compliant and equitable manner across divisions and locations.
Partners with management to identify and develop talent to ensure maximum and sustainable business growth, to include succession plans.
Instills and engenders trust acting as the business partner and counselor for the President, department heads, managers and supervisors in all matters relating to employee-related issues.
Responsible for all aspects of compensation management to include market surveys, budget analysis (in alignment with finance and President) and implementation of agreed upon policies and practices to ensure and enhance compliance, equity and business growth.
Responsible for the maintenance of the HRIS systems.
Ensures that all policies and practices (including but not limited to handbooks, SOPs…) are legally compliant, equitable and contribute to a culture of mutual respect and continuous growth.
In alignment with the President, local business leaders and Group strategies, works to provide a corporate culture that encourages employee engagement, mutual respect, legal compliance and fosters company growth.
Preferred Skills
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Education and Experience
Four-year degree preferably a BS in Human Resources Management or Business Administration and/or equivalent experience required.
5-7 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment required.
4-6 years HR leadership experience required, preferably at a Director level.
Experience in international environment required.
