


About the Role
The Recruiting Manager will lead our talent acquisition efforts and help us build a diverse, high-performing team. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, and securing top candidates across multiple platforms.
Key Activities
Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards and professional networks.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and availability.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience at every stage.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates across key roles through ongoing outreach and relationship management.
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate) and report regularly to leadership on pipeline health and hiring progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring best practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for high-volume or hourly roles in addition to professional/exempt positions.
PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR/recruiting certification.
Familiarity with employer branding strategies and social media recruiting.
Education and Experience
3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or managerial capacity.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required — written and verbal proficiency in both languages will be assessed during the hiring process.
Hands-on experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
