


About the Role
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
Key Activities
Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately within the maintenance tracking system.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
Support root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation standards during maintenance activities.
Maintain tools, parts inventory, and work areas in an organized and safe condition.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure equipment performance meets.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience working in a food manufacturing or regulated production environment.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Preferred.
