About the Role

The Sales Professional will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Key Activities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Skills

  • B2B or B2C sales experience.

  • Lead generation and account management experience.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred.

  • Must have foodservice experience.
