


About the Role
The Carrier Sales Rep will be responsile to conduct the day-to-day operations of existing customer accounts and aligning them analytically with the customer to meet their logistics needs. You will also be responsible for solving any problems that come up with the day-to-day transportation of the customer’s freight.
Key Activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and develop account relationships.
Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by improving their supply chain challenges or offering other logistic solutions.
Stay informed about changes in the industry and customers’ businesses to identify new opportunities.
Conduct and problem-solve day-to-day operations.
Develop pricing strategies by using internal tools and resources.
Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics.

Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others.
Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of work equivalent
