


About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and supporting various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Activities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reports.
Organize meetings, conferences, and company events.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support HR activities such as onboarding paperwork and employee records.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Calendar management and scheduling.
Document preparation and record management.
Data entry and reporting.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of administrative, office support, or clerical experience.
Retail Pharmacy/Pharmacy experience.
