


About the Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing an array of accounts and achieving sales targets through direct sales routes through the process of growing and developing existing clients. also be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Activities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing, finance, etc.) to meet client requirements.
Prepare account plans, reports, and business reviews.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
Track key account metrics and achieve revenue targets.
Preferred Skills
Proficient with MS Office Applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and CRM software. Experience with Mac preferred.
Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or relevant field preferred.Â
Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP software a plus.
2 to 4 years of sales experience.
