


About the Role
The Cheesemaker will produce consistently high-quality products and operate the production room in a safe, efficient manner for both personnel and products.
Key Activities
Make sure milk is at the correct temperature.
Maintain settings on pasteurizer and separator, and maintain charts.
Add ingredients to the vats.
Maintain efficiency and meet production schedules through effective supervision and utilization of resources.
Monitor policies, procedures, protocols, good manufacturing practices, and safety rules and regulations are followed by all employees.
Preferred Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills to lead a team.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to follow cheese recipes.
Education and Experience
High School or equivalent.
Active & valid WI cheesemaker license or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Operational knowledge of cheesemaking.
Cheese Manufacturing Experience.
