About the Role
The Maintenance Planner will plan, schedule, perform inventory control, and preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Key Activities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities and manage the CMMS system.
Develop PM programs and coordinate with production to maximize equipment reliability.
Purchase maintenance parts and track vendor performance.
Analyze maintenance KPIs and ensure safety and food manufacturing standards compliance.
Preferred Skills
Strong experience with CMMS systems and knowledge of industrial equipment.
Food manufacturing/bakery experience preferred.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
