About the Role
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of technicians to ensure the reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Key Activities
Supervise, train, and coach technicians to support skill development, performance growth and a positive work environment.
Oversee both preventive and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment operation.
Enforce safety protocols (including OSHA requirements) and ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation standards (such as HACCP and GMPs).
Monitor and enforce safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and regulatory standards.
Oversee smaller capital and in-house projects, and ensure sufficient supplies are readily available.
Analyze and resolve work problems, implement changes to improve efficiency, and utilize tools to optimize processes and equipment.
Assist with planning and executing shutdowns, installations and equipment upgrades.
Collaborate cross-departmentally with Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment issues and implement long-term solutions• Ensure parts inventory is properly maintained and reorder supplies as needed.
Preferred Skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and report on maintenance status.
Deep understanding of safety regulations and quality standards specific to the beverage industry preferred.
Education and Experience
Technical degree in Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field – OR – equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership.
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
