About the Role

Marketing Manager develops strategies to grow pharmacy services, increase brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Activities

  • Develop and execute the pharmacy's overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.

  • Manage the pharmacy's website, social media, email marketing, online presence, and digital advertising.

  • Create and coordinate engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, educational materials, brochures, and promotional campaigns.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, community organizations, and other referral partners.

  • Coordinate provider outreach, community events, health fairs, educational events, and other marketing activities.

  • Manage the pharmacy's brand, messaging, and public image across all marketing channels.

  • Monitor online reviews and reputation and coordinate appropriate responses.

  • Track marketing performance, leads, engagement, and return on investment.

  • Manage marketing vendors, contractors, and the marketing budget.

  • Work closely with pharmacy leadership to promote new services and initiatives.

  • Ensure marketing materials accurately represent the pharmacy's services and capabilities.

  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality and protect patient information.

  • Coordinate review and approval of clinical, medication-related, and regulatory-sensitive marketing content with the PIC, QA, or appropriate leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • 503A compounding pharmacy.

  • Healthcare-provider outreach.

  • SEO and digital advertising.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of marketing experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or compounding pharmacy marketing experience is a strong plus.
