


About the Role
Accounting Associate supports accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting while maintaining accurate records and deadlines.
Key Activities
Working with other members of the accounting department to compile, analyze, and report accounting data.
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable.
Monthly Closing.
Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports to senior leadership and Korea headquarters.
Using bookkeeping software, SAP, and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.
Ensuring that company bills are paid.
Implementing and enforcing financial and inventory controls.
Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
Ability to communicate effectively in English required; Korean language skills preferred
Education and Experience
0~3 years’ experience in the Accounting field preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or Equivalent Experience Preferred.
