About the Role

The Human Resources Administrator will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and record keeping.

Key Activities

  • Administer the Talent Acquisition process for domestic and international candidates to include posting requisitions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking system, extending employment offers, onboarding, and the timely completion of new hire paperwork.

  • Partner with HR Generalist to understand staffing strategy and to ensure departmental staffing needs are met.

  • Review, process, and enter data into the HRIS and other HR systems as needed.

  • Coordinate, plan, schedule, and maintain records for various Human Resources projects, meetings, and training and development programs.

  • Act as a point of contact for managers and employees to address questions and problems relating to the HR systems and employee data, company policies, procedures, and programs relating to HR.

  • Review I-9 forms & documentation and process E-Verify for new employees by Federal regulations.

  • Support compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies.

  • Support the company’s safety culture by facilitating and implementing safety non-negotiables and other projects as needed.

  • Partner with members of the Central HR team on projects, such as open enrollment activities, benefit communication campaigns, absence management tracking, safety management, and other assignments as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • MS Office software proficiency.

  • Written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Strong detail-orientation.

Education and Experience

  • A high school diploma is required; an associate's degree is preferred.

  • 2 yrs of practical office administration or HR experience is required.

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) Required.
