


About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer accounts, assisting with dealer communications, and providing administrative support to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Activities
Coordinate and track sales orders, dealer communications, and customer follow-ups.
Support the sales team with quote preparation, proposals, and product information.
Serve as a liaison between internal departments, dealers, and clients to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure all sales activities and customer data are accurately recorded.
Respond to incoming inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales representative.
Assist with logistics coordination and documentation related to product shipments.
Prepare regular sales reports and track inventory or delivery timelines as needed.
Support marketing and trade show activities as needed.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role.
