About the Role
The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
Key Activities
Overseeing daily business operations.
Administration of Human Resources, Time & Attendance, Payroll and Employee Benefits.
Training low-level managers and staff.
Creating and managing budgets.
Improving revenue.
Hiring employees.
Evaluating performance and productivity.
Analyzing accounting and financial data.
Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Preparation of financial reporting to the Board of Directors, i.e. P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement Analysis.
Responsible for quality and food safety.
Responsible to report animal food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership qualities.
Excellent communication skills.
Education and Experience
Degree in Business Management and/or general knowledge of accounting and US GAAP principles.
Good knowledge of different business functions.
Must be bilingual.
