About the Role

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for establishing procedures and quality standards to ensure the client’s products meet both internal and external quality requirements. The QA Manager measures and monitors production output to ensure products are within pre-established standards.

Key Activities

  • Establish procedures, quality standards, systems, measurements and specifications for all Client manufacturing processes and products.

  • Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.

  • Communicate with and train operating staff on quality assurance expectations in order to meet or exceed customer expectations.

  • Assess and ensure customer quality requirements are met.

  • Work with supply chain partners by specifying quality requirements of raw materials, improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

  • Monitor performance.

  • Record, analyze and report statistical information.

  • Create measurement tools, including managerial and technical reports, to report ongoing QA initiatives. 

  • Maximize profitability.

  • Improve Client’s efficiency and profitability by decreasing waste.


Preferred Skills

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of work experience in quality assurance, should be combined with a demonstrated.
