


About the Role
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with new and existing customers, and promoting our range of plastic products, including industrial, packaging, and custom-molded components.
Key Activities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Promote the company’s plastic product portfolio to meet customer needs.
Conduct product presentations, provide quotations, and negotiate pricing.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to expand the business network.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales within plastic manufacturing.
Knowledge of plastic materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, etc.
Technical understanding of plastic molding and fabrication processes.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in plastic or manufacturing sectors.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
