


About the Role
This Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and quoting to project coordination and follow-up—while developing lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers.
Key Activities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
Identify and pursue opportunities with existing clients and prospects, including mechanical contractors, engineering firms, school systems, healthcare, hospitality, and telecom/data center clients.
Conduct site assessments and plan take-offs; provide tailored HVAC solutions based on customer needs.
Create and present detailed quotes and proposals; manage follow-up to secure project wins.
Oversee the full sales process—from lead generation through project execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, warranty) to ensure smooth project handoff and client satisfaction.
Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Lead product education sessions and attend technical trainings as needed.
Travel approximately 60–70% throughout Florida; occasional out-of-state travel for trade shows and training may be required.
Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines and client records in CRM software; track key sales metrics and report to management regularly.
Preferred Skills
Experience working directly with mechanical contractors, engineers, or design-build teams.
Familiarity with HVAC plan take-offs, submittals, or equipment selection tools.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in HVAC engineering, technical sales, or commercial HVAC-related project work.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and components.
